The Legal Advocacy Program was founded 30 years ago to provide domestic violence survivors with quick access to legal services that are empowering and trauma-informed. Our attorneys and advocates are to here to listen without judgment and to provide legal support that puts the survivor’s safety first.
Through our statewide Legal HelpLine, we offer telephone consultations to survivors and provide legal information and options that are tailored to their individual goals and needs. Our program also offers representation to survivors in family law, restraining order, and immigration cases in the Greater Boston area.
Survivors and advocates can call the Legal HelpLine at (617) 521-0146 to connect with the Legal Advocacy Program. We can also be reached by email to legalintake@casamyrna.org. Our team speaks English, Spanish, Cape Verdean Creole, and Armenian, and we have access to telephone interpretation for additional languages and dialects.
